 FAQs

  • In order to maintain quality of the cookies, we must ensure that the orders are eligible for same-day delivery. Therefore, if your location is too far outside the circle we will not be able to process your order. Please email thecookiefund.nonprofit@gmail.com for questions!

  • Unfortunately, we are currently only able to take online orders. However, we are working on securing booths at future craft markets and fairs! Stay tuned through our Instagram, @thecookiefund_

  • New flavors will be released every 8-10 weeks. Previous flavors may reoccur depending on their performance, and there will only be 1 assortment of cookies sold at a time.

  • Deliveries can only be made on Saturdays from 1PM-3PM. Boxes will be safely left at doorsteps by our deliverers; please make sure you consent to the delivery time before making a payment.
